They are often better looking and a bit more user friendly than the free ones, and they probably have more options and choices. There are also those who will build easy to use and totally unique website templates for a client, but the price will be higher. However, for something that truly fit's the image of a company, this is the best way to go. These can be built to the web owners complete specifications, and many times these people will do maintenance on a site as well. For an even larger price, they can run the entire site.
